I’m a born and bred Brisbane Anglican with a background of many years of secondary school teaching, including pastoral care management and roles as Head of Religious Education in Anglican and other schools. I enjoyed my time as a child and youth in the Church so much, I wanted to do what I could to give young people today something similar. Providing leadership and resources to everyone who also feels called to work with youth, children and families is a big responsibility, but we have great people working at St Francis College Milton and in our parishes which makes the job a lot easier. The AYCF team and I look forward to assisting you with whatever you may require from us.

Erica has been following Christ for a long time, which has led her through two degrees in Law and Criminology, various leadership roles with young adults seeking to become world-changing leaders, and now as a Camp Co-ordinator for the Anglican Church of Southern Queensland. She is passionate about building a flourishing ministry that creates safe, meaningful spaces for young people of various ages to explore their faith in God. But don’t be fooled by the seemingly high-brow nature of her accomplishments; you are far more likely to meet her brainstorming ways to purchase the good looking stationery, wondering how soon is too soon for another cup of tea, or telling anyone who will listen how odd it is to write about oneself in third person.
