Course EOI Privacy Collection Notice

The Corporation of the Synod of the Diocese of Brisbane through the St Francis Theological College ABN 69 320 556 263 (“College”) collects personal information from you for the purposes of facilitating your expression of interest to enroll in a short course or program (“Course”).

ACSQ collects, uses, holds, and discloses personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

The primary purpose of collecting your information is to allow you to express interest in enrolling in a course and to enable the College to contact you.

 If you do not provide your personal information, we will be unable to contact you to progress your interest in a Course.

Personal information may be shared with other parties that provide services to us such as Squarespace , our website hosting provider, and Mailchimp, our email marketing platform.  Mailchimp is part of the Intuit group of companies  These organisations have their own privacy policies [Privacy Policy – Squarespace and Intuit®: Privacy | Privacy Statement ].  Your personal information may be transferred and stored in other countries including the United States.

From time to time, the College may send you marketing materials including the College newsletter.  If you no longer wish to receive this material you can contact us on admin@ministryeducation.org.au or click the unsubscribe link at the base of the marketing material.

The Anglican Church Southern Queensland Privacy Policy [https://www.anglicanchurchsq.org.au/privacy] deals with your right to access and correct personal information that the College holds about you as well as how you can make a complaint if you believe the College has breached the APPs.  Your point of contact is the General Manager of the Anglican Church Southern Queensland.
