Library

The Roscoe Library at St Francis College holds current, relevant and engaging print and electronic resources.

As well as substantial works to support academic study in the traditional areas of biblical studies, systematic theology, church history and ministry studies, the collection provides for faith formation, spiritual direction, chaplaincy, youth work, children’s ministry and clergy professional development.

Our collection strengths include Anglicanism, emerging theologies, social and environmental justice, visual arts and film.

Membership is free for those actively involved in the Anglican Church Southern Queensland, or currently enrolled at the University of Divinity. For others, there is a modest registration fee of $75 per annum. Click on Register toward the top right-hand corner of the catalogue page.

Here you will find information about loan arrangements, mobile app, replacing damaged or lost items, what resources are held, donations, renewing loans and facilities available.

All interested people are invited to join our free book club, Reading with Spiritual Eyes, where we explore four fiction books each year.

For some years we have had books for sale from a very generous donation. There are still some gems in pristine condition that would make excellent presents for family and friends (or treats for yourself!).

The Roscoe Library provides a welcoming and comfortable environment with after-hours access for enrolled students. We have qualified staff available to help you find, select, access, and use resources. Please contact our librarians, Eve James or Susan Thomas, for more information:
