Job Vacancy - Program Director, Spiritual Direction Formation Program

St Francis College invites applications for the role of Program Director for our well-established, AECSD-recognised Spiritual Direction Formation Program. This four-year course blends contemplative learning with supervised practicum. The ideal candidate will be an experienced spiritual director and accredited supervisor with a Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred). The role includes curriculum oversight, team coordination, and on-site presence for key intensives.
